Hồ trong xanh, lấp lánh mảnh rừng thương
Người xua đuổi bày thiên nga trốn tuyết
Cỏ rải độc, rắc thêm chi oán ghét
Bay về đâu bày chim lỡ thiên di?
Trốn vào đâu nỗi bất hạnh phủ phê
Như ta lỡ bay về em vội vã
Để khi không ta thành người khách la.
Sau vực ngờ đầy gió chướng, đao binh
Để khi không ta tha thủi riêng mình
Đôi cánh mỏi ngàn dặm đời khốn khó
Tình đã có mà xem như chưa có
Buồn bao la như trời đất bao la
Mặt hồ gương in bóng một mùa hoa
Không ngó lại cũng bùi ngùi thiên cổ?
Cám ơn em những ngày mây tháng gió
Cám ơn em không khóc dối thương vờ
Chim chào mào tuôn giọng hót líu lo
Nghe chát chuá như người đòi nợ nóng
Em còn đó, nhưng là em khuất bóng
Ta còn đây mà như đã xanh mồ.
